What Wayfinder does
Wayfinder is not a law firm. We're a Lake Oswego-based business support service that handles the administrative and compliance work Oregon LLCs need: single and multi-member LLC formation, registered agent, annual filings, S-corp elections, business names, and more. Flat fees. Real people. Oregon-specific.
Each service can be used standalone or combined. Most clients start with LLC formation and continue with annual compliance.
These services enhance or accelerate your existing filings, they're not standalone products.
In-person SOS filing
Most Oregon SOS filings submitted online are processed within a few business days. For clients who can't afford to wait, a lease contingency, a financing deadline, an urgent business name dispute, or any other time-sensitive situation. Wayfinder can hand-deliver your filing to the Secretary of State's office in Salem.
In-person filings are reviewed and processed the same business day they're submitted, before you leave the building. You get confirmation faster, with none of the uncertainty of the online queue.
Wayfinder handles the trip, you don't need to go anywhere. File the intake form, we prepare your documents, drive to Salem, and deliver your SOS confirmation to your portal the same day.
Wayfinder fees are listed here. Oregon SOS state fees are separate and paid directly to the state.
